  I had a terrible experience at this location yesterday at 9:30 pm . The food I was served was raw, after having to return it bc my order was not right they gave me mashed potatoes instead of french fries and there was supposed to be a breast and two pieces of their choice, but they said that they gave me what they had left after telling them that my order was not right they said you’ll have to wait 15 minutes for a fresh piece of chicken and rudely ask me what I wanted the other two piece just to legs and I told the manager I said that’s fine I will wait after waiting for 20 min to get my meal the breast tht I waited on was a thigh and it was raw which is a major health and safety hazard. When I brought this to the attention of the management team, they were completely unprofessional and dismissive instead of trying to correct the mistake. Serving undercooked food is unacceptable, but the poor attitude from the managers made it much worse. I even tried calling the corporate office and left a message, but no one has bothered to contact me back. This was the worst experience I have ever had from a restaurant I used to trust. this has been twice this has happened to me by the same manager on duty making me wonder if it’s me that she has a problem with and I’m new to this area i will not be returning back to a restaurant that has no respect for their customers. And customer service is not a strong point in this store

  Might as well close the doors. Stopped in for a late lunch and there was a blue car parked sideways in the driveway through lane beside the right side of the bldg. I parked and walked in. As I was entering a guy on a Walmart uniform came out and put stuff in his car, the blue one. And back in he went. I walk in and for the next 5 minutes he and 2 employees had an ongoing conversation. One was cleaning the ice cream machine and the other I assume was the cook. Not one looked my way. I couldn't understand a word out of this guys mouth but evidently they could. I stood and waited. A young white girl came in, clocked in, looked at me and walked to the drive through side. I waited another minute or so and finally walked out.
