  Pizza was ready when I got there 16 minutes later and delicious. Employees inside were really nice and the one outside sweeping the sidewalk was very welcoming. All n all great place to go for a Michigander while I'm here in Flowood Mississippi lol . Thanks Papa Johns!

  Online orders are never done on-time and take forever! Online it always shows ready but when you get there it’s still a 10-15 minute wait.

  This is the third time I’ve tried to order Jalapeños, and I’ve either been given banana peppers (which I don’t like at all) or nothing at all. If you’re not going to give someone what they’re paying their hard earned money for then why are you keeping it on the menu and why are you keeping it on my order forcing me to pay for something that I’m not receiving? And then when I call them to tell them about it, they HUNG UP ON ME. I wasn’t calling them to demand they bring me jalapeños or anything. I was genuinely trying to tell them what’s been going on so they can stop ripping people off and then they hang up in my face? Really? They This place is going downhill and I personally won’t be ordering from this location anymore and I highly doubt Papa John’s will do anything to make this right, but hopefully someone catches this review and decides not to order from here and save themselves the trouble.
