  Hours posted online and in the app say they close at 7 but my order at 4:45pm on a Friday was cancelled. And once I got there they say they are closed. This is NOT the first time, seems like they are always closed.

  This is about the 5th or 6th time I’ve driven out to this location and it’s closed. I used to order online from the Jackson location off Popular BLvd until I would place an orders only to arrive and it be closed. It’s ridiculous and extremely frustrating. do better jimmy johns.

  Seems more like a management issue or something. Every single time i come here they are out of something and are slow

  The food is great and I’ve never had an issue with the employees. Sure, they could be a little nicer but they’re just fine. My issue is the hours. They’re always closed by 3 pm on weekdays and are not even open on weekends. What kind of restaurant does that? 1/5. They’re terrible.

  Went to this location and they were closed. The staff did not post any signs. If you all need a team to work I can help find sraff.
