  I recently placed an order for pick up. While I was waiting, a man who called himself Richard John(??) or John Richard(??) made backhanded comments on the war in Israel and Iran. As a Judaism practicing man, to hear my homeland mocked by this man truly hurt me. You need to grow up, the holy land is under attack and the Jews have a right to protect themselves from combatants, even if there are some civilian casualties caused by doing so.~ Love!

  Placed an order on 5/12 at 6pm for a future order to be delivered that evening at 7:45pm. Per app, food was made at 7:26 but was not going to be delivered until 8:45. Thinking it may be a delivery issue I called and offered to pick it up and was told that the pizza should be en route. After waiting another 30 minutes the delivery time then changed to 9:50pm. I made another phone call in which I was told there driver was 10 minutes out and our delivery was the next one to go out. I asked if this was the same food that was made at 720 that would be getting delivered at almost 10pm and if so, were we to be expected to pay full price? The employee stated they were short staffed and that they could remake the pizza but there was nothing else that could be done and they would be glad to cancel the order in a very condescending tone. I replied that we did want the pizza but would like to speak to a manager considering this pizza was to be delivered at 745 and despite us making several phone calls and even offering to pick it up we still weren’t going to receive the pizza until 10pm. She said she was the manager-so i then asked for corporate number in which she told me I can google it and that she was cancelling my order and hung up on me. My family and i order from this location at least once a week and will no longer be making any orders from this point on. And if this is how their managers conduct business then they need to work on finding some new ones.

  I’ve had pizza that was barely tolerable but tonight was the first time ever it was repulsive to the point of being thrown in the garbage. It can’t be that hard to roll out dough and spread toppings on a crust, but somehow Domino’s found at least one employee that is incapable of doing it properly. Aside from the crust being tough and 10 different thicknesses on a single pizza, there was no sauce. We had even asked for extra but somehow the inept employee thought just crust and cheese was adequate. There was no garlic flavoring. The cheese tasted old. Only about half a dozen pepperoni slices. 2 inches around the hard tough crust was very thick with no toppings. The young lady at the pickup window was very polite and seemed to be a good worker. Too bad the pizza maker sucks. This was the worst monstrosity I’ve ever seen being passed off as pizza. Dry beyond belief. I understand it can be hard or impossible to find good help these days, but do customers a favor and just shut it down if you can’t do any better than this. Stop wasting people’s time with this garbage.

  We had a horrible experience tonight ordering pizza! There was a fight in the store as we were waiting in line. Also, we were charged for the new slice sauce but did not receive any. We don’t normally order from dominoes and will not be back.

  I had a wonderful experience a couple nights ago, I was served by a warm and inviting crew. Of these folks, one person in particular stuck out for more than one reason. Brody I believe his name was, he was patient with me even if he was hard to look at. Me and my wife will be returning.
