  This is the 3rd time, same thing every time. Order online, says it will be ready at 8:30, but it’s at least 30 minutes later, food wasn’t ready until 9:10. We had a simple order, 3 out of the four meals were wrong. Some of us didn’t order spicy things because we can’t have spicy food. They were all wrong and definitely spicy with added salsa and corn salsa, both of which were not ordered. No one seems to care up there. Unless you standing there telling them what to put in it, they will get it wrong. I’m done, like we don’t have 50 Mexican restaurants that will do to go orders in this town.

  This is the worst location compared to all the other locations in surrounding areas (Ridgeland, Pearl, Madison). First, the young lady that was working that night always has the WORST attitude and absolutely NO customer services skills. I believe some of the issues that I experienced would have been fixed if a seasoned general manager was running the store (I have over 5+ years in being an assistant manager in the restaurant business) like not having one person run the front line and 4 other employees that can help push the line and then resume their task or making sure we are keeping up with prepping food. From the moment I came in til I paid and left was 15 minutes. Majority of that time was spent standing in a non moving line because they were out of EVERYTHING and was waiting for things to be prepped. Now I wasn’t going to make a review until the same lady that always has a bad attitude did what she did. The rude lady told the customer that there was going to be a wait since everything needed to be prepped/stocked. The customer was aware that there was a lot of people in the line and asked the worker if she, the customer, should tell the other customers who were waiting and have been waiting without an explanation for the reason for the wait. The rude lady made a disgust face, shrugged her shoulders, and said you can, I don’t care. And of course, she gave me an attitude when serving me. However, the other two guys who helped serve me knew to give a little extra customer in their customer service to make sure the customer left happy. Now I know why this young lady is always tucked away doing to-go and drive thru order. I will drive the extra miles to Pearl so I won’t have to be treated rudely just for being a customer. Side note: I’ve stood in line and listened to other customers talk about her bad attitude on multiple different visits. Date: July 15, 2026 Visit time: 5:25 p.m. - 5:40 p.m.
