The person taking my order wasn’t the friendliest, I felt rushed, and she didn’t listen. I was ordering more than one drink after my first drink, she stated “cash or card” I said mam? And she repeated “cash or card” and I said I have another drink order. She just stood and looked at me.

The Flowood store 7 Energy Chiller machine is always broken. Very frustrating! Hand blended taste and textures are not the same, please don’t pass them off as chillers. New Apple Caramel chiller is out and I can’t even get one. I want to say more bad things, but there are none! Lol

Wish I could give zero stars. Very odd and disappointing experience this morning. There were two cars ahead of me, one in each drive thru. The far right vehicle pulled off making that lane available. I pulled into that lane and both of the 7 brew attendants walk off…. They go inside of the stand and just started talking with two fellow employees and then started blasting the music loud. They looked over at me and continued with their conversations. I drove off of course and immediately deleted the 7 brew app I had just downloaded. I won’t be needing it anymore.
