I wish you could leave a review without having to give one star. To be honest, because this location for literally years has neglected on purpose literally. Ignored television advertised prices and deals on pizzas. And it's like clockwork, because as a test, I completely just watched within minutes ago a Domino's, commercial advertising that you can get any Pizza any. Way you like it, that means any way they stress this in the commercial. Any toppings? It's not limited any size for 10 bucks across-the-board. So I called the Ellisville location, already knowing what they're gonna do is say, no, we're not doing that. Or it's ended even though I literally just watched the commercial 30 seconds before calling and guess what? They act like they didn't know what commercial I was talking about. And this is a pattern, because they will tell you in the store. When there's a deal on television, they say, well, we're not supposed to tell anybody about this deal, but we're gonna let you know that there's this price on this Pizza. But it's not a secret we've already seen. It all over television and they will make up their own dates as 2. When the specials end like she just did, the young lady that just answered the phone in Ellisville, that is inside the gas station but it's a Domino's location and tried tell me that special ended a day or 2 ago, even though the commercial just finished showing. And I said that, and her response was, yeah, we never know what's going on. And I'm thinking, and I said, that's not good as a customer that is never good. That you don't know what special controls you're supposed to have.I should see it on television and be able to come to your location and get what I just saw advertised. And it's as if corporate has forgotten about this location because i'm pretty sure they would care that this location.Ignores all of their corporate prices and specials. I can honestly say I never see myself ever ordering pizza from this location.Again, they're literally turning me off of the entire chain.

I really hate to even have to post something like this, but this needs to be said. I ordered pizza from Domino’s last night, and this morning I discovered a strand of hair baked directly into the pizza under the cheese and sauce. Not something that fell on top—this was cooked into it. I went back to the store today and spoke with the GM, who confirmed the hair was baked into the pizza. On top of that, I observed multiple employees preparing food without proper hair restraints, which honestly explains how this even happened. Despite all of that, the only solutions offered were a remake or store credit. I requested a refund (which I think is completely reasonable given this is a food contamination issue), and it was refused. This isn’t about trying to get something for free—this is about basic food safety and accountability. No one should feel comfortable eating food prepared under these conditions. Do better, Domino’s. #FoodSafety #CustomerExperience #DoBetter
