Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Well here we are, like many other reviews. I'm 20 mins into an online order and I'm just sitting here burning gas waiting for a curbside pickup. At 25 mins I watch someone roll up next to me within a few mins get 2 beverages. The team member finally I was asked if I had an order and what was my name. With a "so sorry", lemonade just came out 2 mins after that interaction. 30 mins on the dot. Yep never coming here again. Lmao I was told they were waiting on fries, how am I waiting on fries that are cold. WhatAJoke.

These are some of the nicest, customer-serviced focused people we’ve met at any location. Thank you for what you do! The service at the Whataburgers, along with the delicious food, keep us coming back every time we drive thru town.
- AJAshley JonesJun 20, 20261.0Constantly misheard our order at the drive thru kept trying to add a wrap we did not ask for. When we got to the window dude there confirmed we did not ask for a wrap. Still charged us for it and had it in our bag. If we say we don’t want the wrap, didn’t ask for the wrap, why are you charging us for it? Don’t waste time coming at least at night staff do not care about getting your order correct.

Over an hour wait and once your stuck in the drive through you can’t turn around if you wanna back out… then I’m thinking oh they might just don’t have that many workers but there is no excuse for the wait times just to get cold food and have my damn biscuit hard as a rock
