  I’m genuinely surprised I even ordered after seeing the bathroom. it was nasty, plain and simple. That alone should’ve been my sign to just leave. But I’d already used my entire lunch break to get there, so I stuck it out. Should’ve trusted my gut. The food wasn’t fresh at all. And it wasn’t hard to figure out why they only had 2 employees working when there should’ve been at least 5. The whole environment felt tense and uncomfortable. The staff looked like they genuinely didn’t want to be there, and honestly I don’t blame them if they’re that understaffed. But that doesn’t change what it does to the customer. I stood in line for 15 minutes just to order, on my one lunch break, paying what I’m paying for this food. If you’re going to charge these prices, the bare minimum is a clean restroom, fresh food, and enough staff on the line so people aren’t burning their entire break just to place an order. This location needs help starting with staffing, because that seems to be the root of everything else.

  Nasty is an understatement 🤮 the countertop was so disgusting The workers were in a group talking no attention upfront The server used her glove and scratch her nose and proceeded to grab cheese. This location is so disgusting 🤮 I decided to just leave…. I see why the ratings so low DO BETTER

  Came in for dinner around 5:30 PM and was disappointed to find that they were out of just about every meat option. I mentioned that I didn’t mind waiting since I could see more meat was being cooked, but I had no idea the wait would end up being about 40 minutes. By the time the chicken was finally added to my bowl, the rest of my food was completely cold. What made the experience more disappointing was that the staff didn’t apologize for the long wait or offer to remake my bowl so I could actually enjoy a hot meal. I understand that restaurants can get busy and items sometimes run out, but better communication and a little customer service would have made a big difference.

  First, I'd like to start by saying that I love Chipotle. However, every time I've ever been to this location tables are not wiped down, trash bins are over flowing, and the restaurant has appeared extremely neglected. During my most recent visit around 4-5pm, five employees are working, no customers are inside, and the state of the restaurant is still disgusting. It is very disappointing to see. Management must not care at all.

  If I could give it zero stars I would. Stopped for a quick bite and was treated terribly. They were out of steak so we waited. The young blonde girl behind the counter then refused to service us. So finally 10 minutes later a guy came up and started making my bowl. Then he tells me that while they have fresh steak that they are out of pico. I say “nevermind I’ll leave it’s not big deal” then he says wait wait wait I’ll go get some from the other side… so he come back with pico from the drive though side. At which point the guy in the back cutting steak tells the blonde girl whose helping other customers to lie to them and say there’s no more pico because that’s “drive though pico” Out = out not 3 feet away. So now I’m frustrated because I’ve been lied too. Then I ask for lettuce… you guessed it. They are out of lettuce. They swear none is in the store this time. So I say that’s not okay and I’m going to go. We left 25 minutes later without food. I feel bad for the 20+ people who had piled up in the line behind us who were being lied too about what was or was not available. They never offered a discount they never once apologized. They never put any effort into actually trying to be a fully operational chipotle. I took a card to call the GM. It sent me to the store who naturally don’t have anyone available to answer the phone.
