  Got really really bad food poisoning last night after eating their carnitas burrito bowl with lettuce on it. (from the diberville location). I know lettuce is a common carrier for foodborne illnesses and this isn’t the first time chipotle has had an issue with this, but yall be careful if you eat from here. It was highly unpleasant 🙃

  I'm confused by what's going on in this restaurant are they showing off and being cool or are they actually working because I don't see a lot of work going and there's always many different kinds of music blasting and the people aren't even paying attention that work behind the counter it's always filthy in there and honestly the food subpar sloppy I've never been asked if I needed any help what could they get me nothing it's just they're in there partying and acting like I guess I've noticed certain places people act like they're too good to work and you're bothering them if you need help and that's the vibe in there for sure except with the little chick with an epic by the main entrance he's always there kind of supervising I'm not really sure if she's taking a class or training or training other people but that's the only person that's ever been helpful

  I ordered on app. Had huge line but mine was just a min or so. It was delicious and HUGE. 2 meals at least. Steak was tender and I was extremely pleased. Ty for coming to OS

  I’ve been to this Chipotle twice recently, and both experiences were disappointing. About a month ago around 1 PM, there was barely any steak available for my burrito—they were literally scraping the bottom of the pan to serve me. Today at 5 PM, they were completely out of chips. In both cases, there were no alternatives offered and no apologies from the staff. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations and have never had this kind of experience, which makes this location stand out for all the wrong reasons. Running out of items happens, but the lack of preparation and poor customer service is unacceptable. Definitely not the experience I expected.
