For example, Bryan (a soft-spoken older gentleman) is always dropping by tables asking what he can do to refill a drink, get more ketchup or napkins, etc. Cameron, a trainer, was exceptionally patient and thoughtful helping a new employee today while keeping the customer orders flowing. This store’s people are simply the best kind of family, and a key reason my wife come back over and over and over!

Or when you need to scan your barcode inside, you might not be able to access it and have to go through a process to upload through their website or app. The drive through is a nightmare, usually is at most locations it some I've been to are definitely designed better. Like the location at colorado. Mills in Colorado and belmar in Lakewood, CO. This one requires people to have to walk across the drive through to access the entrance. People in the south drive like they got their licenses from a cereal box. I almost got hit walking through this drive through once by someone who wasn't paying attention. It's a matter of time. Also, apparently they close their lobby at 9 now ( I feel like it wasn't that way before which is why we liked this location) so now I have to sit in the drive through to get my order that I placed online for efficiency. If the lobby was open I would be halfway finished with my food by now. It would be nice if they would leave it open just for pickup orders. Nothing is actually for the convenience of the customers anymore these days. However they can inconvenience you, they will. Also, when leaving the drive through, you can only go left. The way to get on the street if you're turning left onto the street is on your right. I never used the drive through here so I didn't think to take the entrance before it either, because that one will take you closer to the entrance of the drive through. I can't wait to get back to Colorado and not have to deal with he BS of this area. I'm sure the businesses around here would throw me a going away party because this area sucks and I don't keep my feelings to myself. Food is good, experience, not so much.
