  One of the few locations who have their staff deliver your food on skates still! Unfortunately, food service was a bit slow considering the stalls weren't completely full. Our food still made it to us at a reasonable time and it was hot enough. There isn't a drive thru at this location, but there are plenty of stalls to park and place your order. Just my luck that the one I decided to pull up to had a faulty card reader/payment option. I had to ask the staff member who was taking my order about a card payment option who then clarified they would bring out the payment device instead. Order was delivered with accuracy, but took awhile to even get it. Our interactions with the staff who were working during the shift were very friendly and accommodating.

  The refreshers were terrible. I get the mango peach sparkling refresher often, but I usually go to the Gulfport location on 49, my husband was already driving past this one so he stopped and got one and it was disgusting. It wasn't carbonated whatsoever and it tasted like a melted down slush. My husband said his was terrible too and it had no flavor, he got the new watermelon peach refresher.

  Disgusting, Pathetic, and Disgraceful Management at this location. 6/27/26, Sat in the freaking parking lot waiting for our food 25 minutes, the entire time, we’re watching employees walking in and out the store eating food, playing, manager outside smoking. After waiting damn near 30 mins our food still wasn’t ready, an employee walks up to our vehicle with half the order, and states that his manager said that the rest of the order would be out when it comes out. I don’t know who owns this restaurant , or if it’s corporate, but that disgusting individual that’s working as a manger tonight needs to be fired! Poor customer service, poor leadership skills, and disgusting staff! I would rather eat trash than ever come back here again! Now I see why so many Sonics are being closed down!!

  I ordered online and I was supposed to picked up my order at a certain time but I wasn't able too picked it up at that time so it was an hour later. I checked in on stall 7 because it wasn't showing up in my app too check in it was marked as picked up. When the nice server bought me my food it was so cold so I buzzed back in an asked for the General manager so he tried to argue with me stated that it was supposed to be picked up an hour ago, so I replied back so your going too let me eat cold food, so he was still arguing with me talking about it was made over an hour ago. I have 18 years in fast food and I know how it supposed to go. This is a zero star rating.
