  The customer service was by far the worst I have ever encountered at the Sonic establishment. I have been a HUGE fan for 15 years I absolutely love their food and beverages except for this location. The young lady running the food was so rude to me for a reason unknown to me. I literally could not even enjoy my meal. I worked 2 hours to be able to buy myself that meal and felt like I was unwanted. So much for the hospitality state.

  Every time we are feeling a burger and decide on Sonic, in D'iberville...they have given timely service, we usually order through app and fresh food. They occasionally forget to bring ketchup packets...not the end of the world. Overall...satisfied with Sonic on every visit.
