  Always such a wonderful visit with these amazing employees. I’ve been coming here since they opened, and I’ve never had a bad experience! The energy of the workers is always amazing, such friendly smiles, quick service, and the manager has always been so kind and caring as well as the staff! They have so many drink options that they will have something for you! I’ve tried almost all of their energy drinks at this point that I just say surprise me and they almost always seem to enjoy the opportunity to be creative. BIG shoutout to these three who make my experience amazing everytime and make my bad days better. ❤️

  It’s beyond irritating that you pick and choose when walk up service can or can’t happen. A drive thru line should not affect a walk up service. It is also incredibly irritating that your employees can’t put orders in correctly or that the total changes from order to actual pick up when paying cash will not visit this location again.

  I came to this location on Mother's day to get drinks and to get the Mother’s Day cup coozie. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, they took my order. The total was $18 and they said the next person would take my payment. I get up to her and she asked if I intentionally ordered 2 extra cans of the energy drink. I said no and she said that the person who took my order added them to my order. I told her I did not order extra cans and she took them off. Dropping my total to $14. I was already frustrated because they almost charged me $4 extra for something I didn’t want. I finally got my drinks and left. When I left the line, I realized my drink was made completely wrong. It tasted like coconut and had cream in it, which I cannot have due to an allergy. I parked and took it up to the walk in window to ask them to remake it. At first, a worker asked what it was supposed to be so she could remake it. As I was telling her what it was supposed to be, another lady walked out and very rudely said that the walk up window was closed and I would have to get back in line for them to remake it. I told them I was not waiting in line for another 25 minutes for my drink that THEY messed up. She said “people make mistakes. Walk up is closed. Sorry” and walked away. I wasn’t waiting in line for another 25 minutes just for them to remake something that they messed up and would take 1 minute to fix. Happy Mother’s Day to me and my drink that I had to dump out after spending $8 on it.

  Ordered my wife a medium vanilla latte extra hot. Ordered myself a large latte extra shot. Her’s was the right order, they brought out a Americano for me and tried to tell my wife it was a latte. Proceeded to tell them it was incorrect, then they didn’t even bring a large out, without an extra shot. Tried to hurry us out of there after they neglected to bring anything correctly. Had some great 7 brew experiences across the country but not here.

  I have been going to this location in diberville since the opening. Always have a great experience with the brewista's. I am very attached to a certain drink that was recently taken off the original 7 menu, I'm not sure how that affected the way it's now made but it has tasted terrible. I have made several attempts to get help making it right, the original way, to no avail, however today VICTORIA absolutely nailed it. I was hesitant to ask again but she assured me, she could make it and it was perfect!! She knows her stuff!! Thank you Victoria for being as passionate about your job/customer service, as I am about this iced German Chocolate! Thanks again!!
