  Moved to this town a few months ago and havve been to the Sonic several times. NEVER got an order right and had to drive back after getting home with my food! Both times I ordered a double with NO ONIONS (allergic) and both times it was loaded with them (the ticket even had no onions on it. Not sure if the workers are illiterate or don't give a crap (probably the later)! I'd rather drive 20 miles to eat than go back to this Sonic! This should be unacceptable to whoever owns this franchise but apparently they don't give a crap either or the issues would have been fixed long ago!

  Placed an order on the app. Checked in at the location in a stall with a monitor. Check acknowledged. Order never came. Screen reset. App said picked up. No order. Terrible service

  We love Sonic. The food was great and the service was friendly and really fast. The food was hot!
