Has to be one of the nastiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Half a pork chop biscuit in the stall. Urine everywhere in the bathroom. Trash all over the dining area not to mention the bug traps in the dining area that have been full for some time. Food was ok. Plenty of workers around but took 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Asked for ranch and the worker never looked up. Just tossed it across the counter at me.

We are sitting in the drive thru here in Corinth and the lady taking orders was more rude than fast food people normally are. We were shocked and seriously considered driving off. The people that ordered behind us did drive off. It’s a shame. This one person has ruined any part of us liking Jacks. We believe it was an older lady. All she wanted us to do was shut up. While we were waiting on our food we could hear her being rude to other people she was taking their orders. People don’t want to spend their hard earned money by being talked to like we are an inconvenience!

We specifically ordered sweet tea (it was on the reciept) and they gave us unsweetened tea and dirty looks when we asked for the correct order.

Ashley, held the door for me coming in. The whole time she uplifted me as a person. She more than made me feel welcome, she made me feel whole and beautiful as a person. The food was fresh, my chicken was crispy, I shared my fries so I didn't try them. And I didn't even have to leave the counter. That's the type of fast food service I like. She got me to try a sauce I hadn't tried yet and I'm officially on board I could see me squeezing it on a burger dipping my fries in it. I'm stuck for life with the jacks sauce Lol. It don't lift up my hand to everyone I meet to shake they'res and introduce myself. but I did shake her hand. She's just such a beautiful person. I visited jacks once a wk when I lived there. For 5 years This is my first review food is always good here. And order is always correct. But she made the experience good, honestly if I was still running restaurants and in the area. I'd try to comider her to train for my management team. Gm quality right there and then some... I hope she's is making what she deserves for the role she plays ❤️
