  Place was nasty, the black lady working the counter was slow took over 10 mins to get one mini blizzard her attitude was awful no smile acted like she didn’t want to be at work at all the place wasn’t busy at all this will be last time in this location they need to get it together no cakes was in the case everyone’s attitude was awful floor was sticking to my shoes as well place wasn’t even busy shocked this place is even open do better and next time make sure you hire better employees who want to be at work most awful experience I have ever had the girl who took my order was a manager and is NOT manager material time in was 1:20p on 5/16/26 wish yall well hopefully corporate will see this and do something about it I would mention the girls name but nobody had nametags I asked for a spoon and she wouldn’t give me one as well I wish I could call corporate number but can’t find one I’m highly pissed

  This location has a terrible habit of either not answering the drive through speaker at all or answering long enough to say please hold and then they never come back to you. Tonight as before, I didn’t get to order at all. It has happened multiple times since I’ve moved here. As a former manager of a DQ in another state, this is unacceptable behavior and I therefore wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

  We like Dairy Queen but this one has the worst service of any fast food place. The last time went here it was during posted hours (11:39am) and the door was locked. An employee saw us and never bothered to come to the door to explain the closure. On another occasion we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes only to be told that the ice cream machine was broken. Now we go to the Dairy Queen in Savannah, TN where the service is top notch.

  Could not go in all doors where locked sat in line forever chicken strips my nephew got where cooked hard the blizzard my sister got wasn't good the stuff they use to make their ice cream with had chunks of cake stuff not mixed up good the chocolate dipped ice cone I got had big chunks of the powder stuff they use to make the ice cream with not mixed up threw it away couldn't eat it I did not know until I googled the ice cream they used a powder to make their ice cream with for sure will not be going back

  Terrible staff, couldn't get anyone to take my order. This Dairy Queen needs new management and ownership. How is this place making money if it will not take customers orders?
