  Very rude and poor customer service… I had placed an order on my phone for pick up two drinks and a food item. I placed the order at 9:25 was picked up at 9:32 both of my drinks were wrong. I asked a car hop to fix them they said my manager’s gonna let me fix them this time but next time they’re not gonna fix them that if I don’t want them watered down pick them up sooner. They weren’t watered down it was suppose to be 2 root beers and I got a Coke and a tea with no ice.Also, I was told I should not be ordering so early in the morning that they have to worry about DoorDash and actual customers first, app customers are real customers too.If a employee messes up a customers order it’s there job to fix it.

  Everyone is always so kind. Orders come out fresh and hot and quick! Drinks and blast are always A1! Easily one of the best Sonics in the area.

  Dang. Am very leery of resturants in the area for obvious reasons. These guys nailed it. Order was 100% accurate. Came out quickly and warm. If you are sick of the ratchet here, this place is worth a shot. Re-ordered. Same old-same old. My great service and product was a fluke. Back to the Columbus Way.

  I love coming to sonics for my smasher and refreshers. I put a 4 for food because I always say no pickles and I still get them. Service is always great and hwy 45 gives you a news paper during the day. I Love that!! The place has looked the same since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Can definitely use an upgrade.
