  The food is excellent; however, the service is sub par. Our food was missing, orders were incorrect, and the servers were rude. I do not recommend. Be cautious when ordering online or through DoorDash.

  All of our orders was wrong. I asked for 2 flavors spicy garlic and jammin jalapeno. I got all jammin and let me tell y'all it was jammin wit a very musty taste and no jalapeno flavor. It was spicy but I didn't taste jalapenos at all. Another order we asked for sliders just meat and cheese only. It had barbecue sauce which through the slider all the way off because she doesn't like barbecue sauce on a regular hamburger. Ordered buffalo chicken tenders. Got regular chicken tenders. Only Reason we said something about that was because it was our baby girl food. She politely took that plate and whomever slapped the sauce on them and gave us the exact same plate back.

  So allegedly BWW is actually one of the better options of the corporate chains if you’re health conscious. No seed oils, quality meat. But the last several times I’ve been to this location the bartenders are talking on the phone, have earbuds in, and are complaining about having to be at work — all the while the service is terrible. You’re not getting a refill unless you ask for one. You would hope the food quality would still be good, but I got a cold burger BEFORE my appetizer. This means they sold me a burger that was either a mistake or an extra. It came out in less than 5 minutes. I should’ve sent it back but the bartenders are rarely at the bar — and when they are, they’re on their phone so good luck. Why would a manager allow an old burger to go out — and before the appetizer? Place went downhill fast.

  Was seated and table was filthy. Waited for 20 minutes with no service at all while 4 employees, including the manager, stood at the entrance looking bored. The manager didn't seem to care when I told her we were leaving. Never again.

  The food is what you would expect from any other BWW, the issue here is the service. On multiple visits now I have had issues with forgotten order items, incorrect checks, and more. On my most recent visit, I ordered a beer the first time our server came by the table. She didn't seem to know which beer on the menu I was even referring to at first, and then came back to confirm which one I wanted a few minutes later. After politely reminding her and multiple other servers over the course of the next hour about my drink order, that beer did not finally come out until I had finished eating and was paying the bill. I was with a group of only 4 people, yet all of our wings came out at different times and none of them came with utensils and napkins, which we had to flag down and ask 2 different servers for to eventually get. I don't think anyone at the table had their water refilled once. half of the table asked for ranch with their wings, yet everyone ended up getting blue cheese. The checks took forever to come out. To top it all off, we went on a BOGO boneless Thursday but the discount was not taken off of our checks when they first came out. We had to ask for them to be reprinted (at which the server seemed annoyed despite it being her mistake) and when they came back again, still only 2 of the 4 people at the table had the proper discount applied. When we asked yet again, she seemed insistent that the discount had been applied despite the two checks being identical. We eventually paid full price out of exasperation. It was not terribly busy while we were there, and there were a ton of servers working compared to the amount of customers, so I'm not sure why they seemed so completely overwhelmed. If you find yourself in Columbus with a craving for wings, I'd explore our other options.
