I placed an order for a cookie cake on January 22 for my son’s 17th birthday on January 24, with a scheduled pickup for Saturday at 11:15 a.m. This was a time-sensitive order for a milestone birthday. I even went out of my way to stop by the store on Friday, January 23, to confirm the order and personally show a picture of the exact design I wanted. I was assured everything was fine. When I arrived Saturday morning to pick up the cake, the store was closed with no notice, no call, and no communication whatsoever. I was left scrambling on my child’s birthday with no cake. Completely unacceptable. I did not receive the cake until Monday, two days after the birthday. To make matters worse, the cake did not match the design I submitted at all. On top of that, there was no apology, no explanation, and no accountability for the inconvenience or disappointment caused. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect for customers’ time and special occasions. Birthdays can’t be redone. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others who are considering placing an important order here

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
