Why would y'all even stay “open” until midnight if your workers are just going to tell everyone that “systems are down”? Blows my mind that I’m willing to go to a business to give them MY MONEY and they don’t even want to provide the service I’m paying for! Get people that actually want to work and aren’t going to ride your clock for an hour until closing.

Food wasn’t terrible, food just didn’t have much meat on it at all. And the bathroom was in dire need of cleaning .

I sat at the counter for 10 minutes. Workers at the counter never said a word. I hate this place every Taco Bell should shut down. I always go to Magee they always suck so I went to Collin’s they just as rude. I guess the application says you have to be an ass to work there. I would say the name needs to be changed to Dicks but Dicks workers acknowledged you and still gives you service. I was invisible to the workers. They definitely don’t deserve the pay they are getting. I wouldn’t even gave one star but that’s the only way I could leave a review. I know it doesn’t matter but my homemade Taco Bell turned out better than what you make anyways. TEACH Your Workers customer service!!!!!

Food was inedible, tacos had maybe a teaspoon of meat, literally 1 small stand of cheese. Taco supreme same meat and cheese. No tomatoes, no sour cream. Mexican Pizza shells were rancid- they literally stunk, inedible - called manager said call back tomorrow. I've had bad food, This can't be considered food - shame on all if you
