  Food some days was cold - very skimpy on lettuce and tomatoes- I asked for a Sprite Zero with cherries - GOT ONE CHERRY - asked for an ocean water with cherries - got HALF A CHERRY - come on now - we are paying for this food -!!!!! Not asking for it to be free !!

  I bought a Sonic Blast at the drive-through and found it to contain very little Reese’s PBC. I’ve never had one with so little candy — it was basically a big soft-serve ice cream.

  Absolutely stupid that they tried to charge me for more than 2 packs of ketchup with 2 large orders.

  On 5/28/26 At approximately 11:50 am i was in the 3rd spot on the entrance side. I asked for a #3 and told me the total. I didn’t notice it wasn’t a meal so i asked her to make it a meal and she rudely responded with “WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT MAAM” i told her to cancel my order since she wanted to be rude and she said “ok” then put a pack of salt on my screen. I guess to call me “salty”. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  I like going to this Sonic. Be aware that if you purchase a route 44 drink lol they may not have the appropriate straw to it. Yea thats minor but be aware. They do not bag things like tater tots with chili cheese large. Back in the day they did. For what ever reason they have stopped that. Shrugs shoulders..meh thats a work around. The employees are nice and the orders are pretty fast.
