  The food I received was horrible. I couldn’t even eat it. I didn’t wanna take it back. I was too tired and I wasn’t going all the way back. The girl at the drive-through window was so unfriendly either she didn’t like people or she didn’t like being there or both. I will never go back to that sonic again. I live locally and I’ve been staying away from there for a long time and I thought I would give it another try the food was awful. I wasted $11. I had a chicken wrap. I don’t know what kind of meat was on it. It was burnt thin. I had a double cheeseburger. it was cold and hard. The meat was dry. It was awful. I do not recommend the sonic and if the employees don’t wanna be there, they need to find them a job that they will be happy and friendly to other people.!!!!!

  My family and I were driving through the Collins location and ordered two kids meals with tater tots, one burger meal tater tots and a mozzarella stick. In return we received two kids meals, one with a tater tot and one w/a French fry. The burger meal had the mozzarella stick substituting the tater tot. When we informed the young lady with braids and a red shirt on, assuming she is the manager, she became defensive and lack accountability asking what we would like her to charge us for. She also let us know that she is the one that bagged it making it worse in my opinion. She let us know that she made the decision to substitute. I had to physically get out of my vehicle to show her where she messed up and she still made it seem like she was doing us a favor. We still did not get my husband’s tater tot’s. It’s sad I have to do a review like this because supporting a small town is important to me but her attitude is horrendous and needs to be addressed by the regional manager. After taking the French fries, she should’ve just given us the right order. I am unsure of why her understanding was so difficult. Poor service

  The worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life . The cashiers name was Tamira . Lazy and nasty !!

  Went to the speaker. Nobody answered because EVERY employee was sitting outside not wanting to be bothered.
