  This Arby's in Clinton Ms is newly built. The food is good. The customer service is pretty good too but can sometimes be slow. The atmosphere is nice and well put together. Prices are decent.

  I am extremely disappointed by the way my daughter and I were treated at the Arby's in Clinton, Mississippi. We stopped in for about 15–20 minutes so my daughter could charge her phone. During that time, my daughter overheard that the owner had called the restaurant and asked the manager whether we were homeless and, if we were not purchasing anything, to have us leave. What made this especially hurtful is that we have been customers of this location on many occasions. To have assumptions made about us based solely on our presence was insensitive, disrespectful, and embarrassing. Businesses have the right to enforce their policies, but there is a respectful way to treat people. Being judged or stereotyped without knowing someone's circumstances is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will no longer patronize this establishment. I believe customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of why they are there. I hope this serves as an opportunity for the owner to reflect on how words and assumptions can affect others.
