  Mobile online pickup is supposed to be fast and convenient, but it often takes all day to get your order. It seems like they don’t start working on the order until the restaurant gets busy or packed. Depending on what time you pick up your food, it may not even be fresh anymore. The whole purpose of mobile ordering is to save time and receive fresh food, so the process definitely needs improvement.

  Server repeatedly got the order wrong and acted annoyed when we asked for the correct items. Took several interactions to get it close to correct. We were polite and said thank you every time and she was still rude.

  Bathroom was disgusting, handle on toilet broke off for atleast 2-3 days. Feces piled up, mounded over like an ant hill 😝 🤮
