  It's an Arby's... it's not "just a gas station side kick"... when i went in the young lady at the counter was absolutely pleasant, I got exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion. Good job training this young lady!!! Purchase Date: Jul 06 2026, 9:57 AM (inside counter)

  I ordered a French dip sandwich with curly fries. The young lady handed me my drink cup and receipt. I fixed my drink and sit down at a booth. I noticed several other people getting their food and I realized I had been sitting there awhile. I looked at the time on my receipt and 30 minutes had passed. I walked back to the counter and very politely said, “I’ve been waiting 30 minutes on my food.” The same young lady looks at the screen on her computer and says, “we are out of roast beef.” Needless to say, I walked out with a $13 Diet Coke. I’m not going to say she was rude, but she was not very personable. On top of the 30 minute wait for nothing, as much as I love the sandwich that’ll be the last time for Arby’s.

  Horrible for last 10xs I’ve been there after 10 they won’t even take your order at drive thru or will say they are out of roast beef

  I love spending almost 10 dollars on a burger just to get some uncooked slop that doesn't even have a high enough temperature to melt the cheese. It's like they didn't even have it under a heat lamp at the all. Legitimately colder than room temperature. Not even any sauce on the burger. It's wild to me you can look at food and consciously and purposely serve it to another human being when you know it's going to make them sick. I never waste food but even I couldn't finish it. Call the health inspector.
