  I visited Pizza Hut tonight and arrived at approximately 8:49 PM. When I got to the window, the young lady informed me that they would need to remake my pizza because they couldn’t locate my order. I completely understood and had no problem waiting for it to be remade. However, after I pulled around, I ended up waiting an entire hour for my pizza. During that time, no one provided an update, apologized for the extended wait, or offered any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen, but I feel that waiting an hour after already arriving for my order should have been handled differently. At the very least, I expected some type of accommodation, such as a coupon or credit toward a future order. I would appreciate it if someone could look into what happened and address this experience.

  A UNREALISTIC MESS! Baby close this spot down! Pick dominos or try the pizza at Costco! 🤣Don’t buy this mess. 😭Try an Indian pizza (utterly delicious in Clinton Ms), extremely good…anything but Pizza Hut in byram. 0/10, been to the bathroom 4 times in one hour.

  Why is the Pizza so dry? Even when I paid for extra sauce, it was still very dry. I picked it up on time and it was still dry.

  I went on Tuesday and you can get a personal pan for a little over $3. It was so good. They also have wonderful deserts.
