  Ordered on the app for pickup. I checked it before I left the store. It was wrong. They apologized and remade it. I seen the toppings were right and didn't think about the rest. They're very nice. Nice doesn't make it right. Crust washing done and there's no way it was deep dish. Guess I'll go back to ordering 15 minutes further away. At least it'll be right. Train the employees right. I'm not blaming them because bless there hearts, they should've been trained better and they tried. Why complain to them? If they knew what to do, my pizza would have been right the 2nd time at least. Pan pizza isn't raw and blonde and hand tossed. There's also a distinct taste. It didn't have it. The 2 other pizza places will put this pizza hut out of business and that's really sad because it could be so much better. .

  Canceled my delivery order and didn’t contact me whatsoever. Waited over an hour and a half before calling only to talk to a customer service agent who has no clue why other than saying it was cancelled.
