    I ordered a sandwich from this subway through DoorDash and I got it cold. I made a call and there was a nice woman over the phone who let me know that I could bring the receipt back and get it remade, so I did the next day. The manager was there and I explained the situation instead of apologizing for the sandwich she was more concerned that the woman had let me know I could come back and it wasn’t her place to do that. She continuously told me that she was the manager (okay i understand but at this point I don’t care) she said many times almost in a bragging manner. But regardless I was very polite and respectful. I waited and did get the sandwich remade but it was STILL cold! I didn’t bother going back in because at this point I was aggravated and while being in there, the employees making other people’s sandwiches were extremely rude and had very bad attitudes! One of them actually got into a little confrontation with one of the customers while being in there. Manager standing right there and didn’t intervene at all. I picked up a bag of chips and the manager looked me up and down rudely and then proceeded to say something about how we have to pay for the chips.. actually we didn’t have to because I was supposed to get the whole order remade which was the sandwich, cookies, and a bag of chips. But only got the sandwich not the other two things. Chips got paid for but still. I would never go back! Terrible management!! Food was awful!!! And it used to be good so I’m not sure if management changed or what.
