  The worst customer service. Every employee hanging out outside you wait for ever on your food and when you get it … it’s cold or melted. They have the worst attitude. Only saw 1 employee working doing it ALL. While all others hanging out not doing nothing bad mouthing many customers for driving off after waiting the longest time. This place honestly needs to be shut down it’s awful.

  They cant understand what's on their own menu can't figure out where the food goes and whomever is in there making the actual food is smoking some serious crap because everything that comes out of this place looks like a toddler made it how in the hell do you mix up a triple smash burger for a regular burger with smash sauce??

  I went and ordered are food. Because the screen was black and I couldn't pay with my debit card the delivery person came out with a hand held for me to my debit card. She scanned my card and I gave her a tip. A minute later she came back out with the manager and then she said it was declined. So I gave my card to the manager to run it again. Went thru. But I looked at my account and was charged twice. Been calling sonic and they never answered. They are a rip off!!!

  I have been waiting 20 minutes on a Rt 44 Coke at this near empty Sonic. And I am still waiting. If I had not ordered on the app and already paid AND tipped, I would leave. I want this restaurant to be as great as it was 10 years ago. Sad.
