  I went and ordered are food. Because the screen was black and I couldn't pay with my debit card the delivery person came out with a hand held for me to my debit card. She scanned my card and I gave her a tip. A minute later she came back out with the manager and then she said it was declined. So I gave my card to the manager to run it again. Went thru. But I looked at my account and was charged twice. Been calling sonic and they never answered. They are a rip off!!!

  I have been waiting 20 minutes on a Rt 44 Coke at this near empty Sonic. And I am still waiting. If I had not ordered on the app and already paid AND tipped, I would leave. I want this restaurant to be as great as it was 10 years ago. Sad.

  Took forever for them to answer the call button, got 2 ice creams, from order to deliver was 17 min.then when she brought it did not say anything gave us the ice cream and left. This is horrible experience
