  I tried to order a sugar free funnel cake and got told that yall don’t it and I also tried to order a cherry cobbler and got told yall don’t make it but it’s on yall website

  After getting to first of line to get smoothie twenty minutes later I had it while four vehicles had received their drink and couldn’t leave. When talking to personnel neither young lady or a person called Brandon cared just laughed it off when I asked why so long.

  Visited this location at 6 AM on 4/25/26 and had a frustrating experience. I ordered my usual drink (which I get every morning) and was told I couldn’t get cold foam on the side—even though I’ve ordered it this way many times here and at other locations. When I asked for a manager(skinny brunette),she came out with an attitude, dismissed what I was saying, smacked her lips, and walked away without offering any solution. Completely unprofessional. This location already tends to have longer wait times (10–15 minutes vs. 5 at other locations), and I’ve received incorrect drinks before. I only come here because it’s on my commute, but for a $10+ drink, the service should be much better.

  Well, y'all. If you see me pulling through every single time I'm in town just mind your business because I have got to have my fix. Everything I've had is good but my favorites are the pink paradise and sunrise energy drinks, literally no notes. The service is hands down the best you will get anywhere, Mason in particular will get your caffeine fix and make your kids laugh all at the same time which is a double win for mornings when you're (literally) tired as a mother 💀 so yeah, see y'all there 🫶

  This is only my second time at 7 Brew Coffee in Brookhaven and I love it! The drinks are amazing and I enjoy having so many options to customize my order. With each visit, the employees have been absolutely wonderful. They assist with my order and answer any questions that I have, all with a great attitude and smile. Outstanding employees like Sweet P really make my visit even better. 7 Brew Coffee is lucky to have her and other amazing employees that really set the tone for the business and keep customers coming back for more. Keep up the amazing work and cheers! :)
