  Pay too much for a watered down smoothie. Twice I have purchased a peanut paradise and both times paid for Xtra peanut butter and it still tastes like that did not put peanut butter in them. NEVER AGAIN

  4/16 I came on my break and brought food. It took me 15 minutes to receive my smoothie and even longer on my food.It was busy so I understood. The manager was a tad bit rude and we could hear her in the lobby gossiping about employees and etc. I feel like it was a very unprofessional environment

  My family and I come to this location often and have never had a bad experience until today. I was put on hold at the drive-thru speaker for about 15 minutes. During that time the employee left the mic on, and even though I tried to get her attention, I was ignored. After the car in front of me left, I pulled up to the window and still wasn’t acknowledged. I could even hear them greeting the car behind me while I was sitting there waiting. I eventually had to blow my horn just to be acknowledged. Very disappointing because this location is usually great. I hope this was just an off morning.
