  I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe thanks to Keysha! She stepped in to help me and was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. Even when I had questions and needed a little extra help, she never made me feel rushed. She made the experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like hers deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Keysha, for going above and beyond. Tropical Smoothie is lucky to have you, and I’ll definitely be back!

  Maddie, Jaz, and Brooklyn were very nice. We all had good conversation and with me a Pearl Pirate Alum, Jaz and I were able to relate. I will probably visit this location more often.

  Mrs.Burns was my server when ias there. She made sure our table was well taking care of. Food was really good and it didn't take our order long to come to our table. Thank you Mrs. Burns for the excellent service. I WILL BE BACK!!!

  I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The smoothies were fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I ordered them. The food was also excellent and prepared quickly. What really made my visit stand out was the outstanding customer service from Manager Keysha. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and dedication to customers created a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even better. It's clear that Keysha takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food, refreshing smoothies, and exceptional service!

  They have really great smooties here. Lots of varieties to chose from. I went here Friday. It was my first time at this loctation I normally go to the one in Pearl but tried this location and I love it The staff is friendly and the new store manager introduced herself to me and my daughter she is so nice and sweet. I highly recommend trying them out.
