  The last 3 visit have progressively gotten worse. One visit I discovered they had zero items correct on my order. Not that they didn't follow directions, the food items were completely wrong. The second visit. The egg on my sandwich was so heavily salted, it cured the bacon. Un able to eat at all. The last visit and I do mean "last". The sandwich was so skimpy, I folded it over. The chocolate shake was chocolate for the first two inches and then just vanilla soft serve. In my opinion, They are quickly passing DQ as the worst restaurant in Brandon.

  Maybe the worst sonic in the country. This is their customer service.....all trash can turned away from cars.

  Government street Sonic has terrible workers & even worse customer service! Item was wrong & wouldn't even give a refund! I will be calling back to speak to the owner

  Not thrilled! I work in retail so I try to be as polite and respectful as I can be since I know how it is. Carhop didn't smile or really even speak other than saying my total. My burger was barely warm, my cookies and cream cheesecake milkshake was basically just vanilla with a couple cookies at the very bottom after asking and paying for extra oreos. That really ticked me off. To top it off my slush was not a slush, it was barely cold with very little ice. The whole thing was completely melted within 30 minutes. This is why I stopped going to sonic, but prayed they had gotten better like the one by my house has. I ABSOLUTELY HATE spending my HARD EARNED money on crap!!! Upset is an understatement.

  HORRIBLE!!! Never have I ever had such a bad experience with any Fast Food place! Placed an order on the app for $50 worth of food. Only for literally half of the food to be missing & 2 of the 4 drinks to be missing, We literally had to press the button at least 5 different times because they kept either forgetting something or it was the wrong size etc. We are so disappointed.
