  Placed a delivery order for 1 large pizza and 1 order of cheese sticks at 5:50PM. The app kept saying my delivery time was 6:30, even though it was 8:00 and still did not have my pizza. The sweet door dash worker called me and informed me that she had been there for over an hour and still was waiting on it. I sent my fiancé to the store and it was packed with 10+ people that had also been waiting 2-3 hours for their pizza. NO ONE was talking to them. They tried to get their attention but they kept ignoring them. They had our order in the warmer, and after three hours we finally got our order but of course it tasted like hours old pizza. Terrible customer service. He never even talked to any worker, they just placed his order on the counter. No one ever apologized and we were unable to get a refund because no one would come to the front desk. I will never go here again! Dominos all the way!!

  Horrible customer service. This is the second time I’ve seen door dash people packed inside waiting for their orders while there are clearly orders ready on the carry out screen and food in the warmer. The employee will not come up front and get those orders to the customers. This time I saw my name on the carry out screen then walked outside for a few minutes and when I checked again my name wasn’t on there anymore so I went to the grocery store. I decided I would go back and check. The same people were waiting, my name still wasn’t on the screen and the employee was no where in site. The first time I waited for an hour and I saw her check a pizza in the warmer twice but never called out my name. I finally stopped her before she disappeared in the back for another twenty minutes and told her my name and she grabbed the same pizza that she had looked at previously This time I decided to leave without even asking since I never saw her serving any customers. I can understand if they are short staffed but the complete lack of communication or customer service is unacceptable. I will never go back to this location.

  I put in an order at 4:52 to be delivered no later than 6:30. It's 7:30 and I haven't heard a word. It was to be delivered no later than 6:30 and when I checked the site it said it had been in the oven now for 50 minutes. I called the store and after holding forever they hung up on me. Didn't even get to talk to them. Called back, same thing. Called corporate, they transferred me to the store, who said they would gladly cancel the order and then I asked for them to send me confirmation that they were going to refund me and they hung up on me. Be careful because there have been multiple times they have been extremely late delivering but this is the worst. Thanks Pizza Hut for totally ruining my night. Now to figure out what to eat!

  This one has a small dinning area if you just wanted to order and eat it there too. Great food and staff. I order from here all the time.
