  Me personally I like the location I’m at their always friendly and nice, I never have any issues during ordering on the app. My food is always top notch when I receive it. Come to the one in Brandon on 18 won’t be disappointed.

  Couldn’t get corporate number from Jeff the manager or John Williams he said they don’t have a corporate number they gave me shrimp and I’m allergic and laughed about it and Mr Williams told me I’m clearly ok when I reached out to him - they were both disrespectful - Jeff gave me a wrong number and I went back to the Brandon location where I purchased my food Jeff then gives me a different number to call everybody I encountered was so rude - I have never had a problem with this location before/ but the way they treated me was absolutely horrible

  Ordered via mobile app, and the food itself was fine. However, when I went to fill my drink at the soda fountain, I witnessed 2 employees kissing while preparing food. I do not think this is ok, and I will not be returning to this location.

  I recently visited Newk’s Eatery at 120 Stribling Drive in Brandon, MS, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Gavin. From the moment my family and I walked through the door, he greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome that immediately set a positive tone for our visit. Gavin went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our entire time there. He was attentive, polite, and carried himself with a level of professionalism that really stood out. It’s not often that you encounter someone who takes such pride in their work, and it truly made a difference in our dining experience. We ended up spending around $50 on lunch, and thanks to Gavin’s exceptional service, it felt completely worthwhile. His friendly attitude and willingness to help reminded me of the kind of customer service you’d expect from top-tier establishments. In fact, the experience was so pleasant that I found myself double-checking that I wasn’t at Chick-fil-A, known for its high standards of hospitality. Gavin is a great asset to your team, and his dedication to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Because of him, my family and I will definitely be returning in the future.
