  Very rude staff got my order wrong, when I requested a refund a lady claiming to be the owner threatened to call the police (apparently asking for a refund for an incorrect order is illegal now). Sorry but I expect to be given either my order or a refund or what I ordered. I do not expect to be threatened with the police simply because I request a refund. I attempted to wait to give my side of the story about wanting either my order or a refund at which point the “owner” came outside and started screaming at the top of her lungs. I will be calling McDonald’s corporate about this and requesting my refund

  I have not had McDonald's in a good while, but this was on the way home and decided to stop. I have to tell you it didn't disappoint. Everything from the customer service to the ease of ordering and the food itself was amazing. The fries were hot, fresh and delicious--making the meal something I really enjoyed. The quarter pounder with bacon could not have been better. Like I said, I have not been to McDonald's in quite some time, but this meal made me want to make plans to return again soon.

  The employees AND managers think you come to sit in their numbered parking lot and wait on them to remember they told you to pull up 10+ mins ago for the egg on your breakfast sandwich to cook. Not to mention the order was placed online but the egg is what we’re waiting for to finish cooking lol what a joke.

  Tried to pick up a Doordash order that was marked as ready for pick up but when we got to the drive thru, they ignored us and proceeded to ignore us at window. Then Claimed to be closed when the hours are listed at closing at 12. Why mark order as ready if you never even made it???
