  I don't think I'll ever visit the Cedar Lake location again because they don't know how to make a shake. I ordered a peanut butter shake with Heath candy. Don't you know that I couldn't taste a hint of peanut butter in that ice cream and there had to be only about half a teaspoon of Heath in it? This isn't the first time I've been disappointed, but I intend for it to be the last. I won't pay six and a half dollars again for a shake that's made incorrectly. The Sonic location on Cowan/Lorraine Rd., north of the interstate, is MUCH BETTER.

  Sara and the lil one are the most kindest and experienced in customer service ive ever met, they go out of their way to keep a smile on the customers face and theirs as well...   Tried to go through the drive thru tonight couldn't it wasn't working. Understandable the storms did some damage. So go to a spot took a minute to make sure what we wanted. Hit the red button said red button activated be with u shortly. We waited a few minutes a car pulled up a couple spots over but the button gets their order right away. I thought maybe they go in order if the see a light in no biggie we waited a few more minutes and nothing. So we end up leaving. They weren't that busy otherwise I would've understood. Maybe next time??

  Showed up at 10:20pm was asked to wait 5 to 10 minutes. I sat there for nearly 40 minutes before I got tired of wait for them to do their jobs and pressed the red button a second time. They still messed up my order and wouldn't have apologized for the wait had I not asked why they made me wait so long. All they could say was sorry.
