  I am currently sitting in the drive thru. We arrived at 10pm. It has been 10 mins and no one has greeted us. I asked the guy taking out the trash if they were open and he shook his head yes and went inside. 5 mins later and no one has greeted us yet. In all my 35 years in the business, I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. I will never return and will be making a complaint to the manager. We went to Walmart and got ice cream.

  They don’t know what’s in their items. I think the staff needs training and they’re honestly very rude

  I don’t know if sonic is just hiring anyone nowadays, but the customer service really sucked tonight. I asked someone to remake my shake and they gave off medication vibes, Caleb, who are you hiring now?? Your sonic used to be really good at one point!

  I'm a loyal Sonic customer but this is the WORST establishment I've ever been to. No employees were ready to serve me and when they did they didn't know what they were doing. Got the wrong order. Worker's methods were VERY unsanitary and the restaurant smelled musty. If you enjoy your sanity do not come to this location please. And corporate if you're reading this it's going to be very difficult to save this one 😭

  Sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes before even asking what we needed or what we would want to order. We placed our order 15 minutes prior to arriving at the window through The app so having to wait for someone to even greet us is absolutely ridiculous. Went inside to retrieve our order and there’s water LEAKING ALL OVER FROM THE ROOF. ON TOP OF IT. THEY REFUSED TO MAKE MY FOOD BECAUSE THEY “DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT”
