  Rebecca are waitress did a phenomenal job. She was very efficient. She was fast and she was polite. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience, easy and nice. She even packed our food for us in take-home boxes, which was really really nice. I believe that she deserves a race and to be promoted because that’s the kind of customer service that I look for whenever I go into a restaurant.

  **WARNING** If Food safety and cleanliness isn't a thing for you. Sure!! You can come. BUT If you are value your health and enjoy some good food. PLEASE pay attention to my review. Came here a day before the 4th to enjoy the long weekend with friends. We sat down and ordered some steaks with salads on the side. After a few minutes, they bring out the salads but NO silverware and napkin. I thought we going to have the silverware soon enough but the server left me to look at the salad for 10 minutes. I finally able to get the silverware after he visited my table, but OMG. It was NASTY. Look at the picture above you can see stains, food residue and slimes on it. I sat there for another 5 minutes for him to swap it out. Here come the steak. I ordered a medium rare ribeye but instead got a RARE one. Talked to the server, but he insisted it's a medium rare. UNBELIEVABLE that this is the standard that you serve your customers. They tried to poisoned me twice. Finally able to talk to a manager but he seems very unapologetic. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

  First of all the food was good. The reason for my rating is the restaurant was not very clean…the table we were seated at was dirty and we moved to another one and the seats were sticky. The kitchen didn’t get our order right twice! They were out of sweet tea and we were there 2 hours and still none. I’m sad this place was such a let down. We were also celebrating a birthday and they don’t do anything for a birthdays. Just an over all very big disappointment!

  First and foremost our server was Nicole who was very attentive. She was training Tiffany and was doing pretty good at that. Bar drinks, Ol' Fashion was good and the Margarita was good according to my wife. My complaint and issue was the main. I had the steak and shrimp plate with baked potato and we also had the 6 ox fila. I couldn't eat the steak because my jaw gave out. The shrimp was grilled and for this being the shrimping capital of the USA were small and only 4! Hard to believe but my potatoes wasn't warm enough to melt any butter. French fries on my wife's plate weren't hot. Her 6 oz fil-a was ok but dry inside as was mine. Not sure why they tasted like eating cardboard. There just wasn't anything special about this meal to give this place a 4 or 5 star. If it weren't for our waitress I would have given a 2 star across the board. For those who say "why didn't you let them know". First and foremost WHY at this point do it? # 1 they think your looking for a freebee and 2nd what's done it done. The steaks were dried out so they would have to re-do the whole meal. 6-27-26

  Probably the worst experience i’ve had here at the coast so far. To start, we got here at 5:02pm on a Monday (when this is posted) when my wife and i were sat we waited probably 15-ish minutes before we were even asked what we would like to drink. (only got them because we had to ask the hostess to get our server). Then after that we ordered drinks and food at the same time (been here 20 mins by now). Then after we were waiting for about another 20 minutes our appetizer came out. No problem, whatever. Then we started to wait, and wait, and wait. An hour goes by and we have no actual food. We then have to ask the hostess about our food/waitress because a party of 10 (came in after us) got all their food, as well as a couple (also came in after us) ended up getting their food, paying, & leaving. We ended up asking for everything in a to go box because after 1 hour and 45 minutes of being in this place without our actual entree is absurd. Not even an “i’m sorry”. I would’ve liked to give an actual review on the food but by the time we got back to the hotel it obviously got cold. The restaurant wasn’t even busy when we got there, obviously got busier through the night but that tends to happen when you get there right at 5 and don’t leave until almost 7. Great start to a honeymoon. Won’t be coming back
