  Pretty disappointed in our experience. Service was very slow and inattentive. Food was underwhelming at best. No one in our group finished their entree not because they were full but it just wasn't very good. Good luck trying to identify the cut of steak that was actually delivered to the table.

  We stopped by Saltgrass in Biloxi on Mother’s Day and had an amazing experience! Even though they were busy, the service was excellent from start to finish. The manager, Miami, and our waitress Brittany were wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. Our food and drinks came out quickly, everything was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Brittany was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and will definitely be back!

  I wanted so bad to love this place I heard great things about it but here we are meeting family at the restaurant had reservations because we had a big party still had to wait to be seated we finally got seated waitress was in a rush didn’t even give you time to order felt very unwelcoming when the food was brought out sides were awful as if they where the scraps that was left over dryed out brought the salad out with dressing when we asked to have it on the side it was to much we only saw the waitress 3 times to order and then to bring the food out and then to pay no refills no do you need anything sat the food down and ran with prices and the service here this is not a five star I would not even give a one star the price and the service don’t match or the food I did really want to love this place I am very disappointed

  Ordered a 16 oz prime rib. When it arrived, the server informed me I was “lucky” because I got the last of the prime rib. Unfortunately, this end piece was burnt on the outside. The entire piece tasted burnt. I was able to salvage a few bites if I only cut halfway through the charred piece of meat. The server reported this to the “manager” who came over and told me how she did not like prime rib. Odd response to my complaint. When my bill came, I expected it would have been taken off. Instead, she took off $20 which I told her was not adequate for a $45 steak. She said it was the best she could do. I have been to many Saltgrass restaurants across the country but I will not go back to this Saltgrass in Biloxi, MS. Terrible customer service!

  1. Ladies at the host station never smiled and personalities were terrible. 1a. The hostess walked us in circles before seating us making my 86 year old mother walk way further than she needed to walk. 2. Ordered Prime Rib and told they were out despite the menu saying Prime Rib is available the night we were there. This was very disappointing since Prime Rib was the whole reason we chose this restaurant. 3. Ordered Fillet ended up with sirloin. 4. Asked for steak sauce, never received it. 5. My drink remained empty 3/4 of the way through my meal. 6. Asked for additional butter and finally received after the meal. 7. Broccoli was raw and under cooked. Our party was very disappointed
