  We had a server name Rebecca, she gave us the best service we ever had she served 7of us and never skipped a beat she asked us if we wanted things that no other server never has she made us all laugh fantastic person thank you Rebecca and saltgrass restaurant great food.

  We went for lunch and had the filet mignon. It was delicious, cooked perfectly. We also had the seafood fondue, definitely order that, it's to for for. Service was awesome, our server was friendly and had perfect timing. If you want great food, good service and a nice atmosphere, this is the place to go!

  My husband and I ate here tonight, and our server, Markeisha, was AAAAAHHHHHMAZING! She is one of the best we've ever experienced, anywhere. She deserves a raise! She was amazing. Her impeccable service just made the food taste better. I highly recommend this place and ask to sit in Markeisha's section.

  You might have some satisfied people at this location, but the company is horrible. As a party of six people, we were treated very poorly and Birmingham before that restaurant closed. I was not surprised at all when I heard it closed its doors. We were treated very poorly by management and corporate refused to do anything about it. Anytime I can help it, I influence all of my friends to boycott this company. So far, Saltgrass restaurants have been passed over dozens of times. I will continue my boycott and I will continue to inform others.

  Made reservations for my sister’s birthday. Could not sit until the entire party arrived. Then when they brought us to our table we could not even sit because the chairs were literally touching each other. They did not spread them out. No leg room or arm room was provided when setting the tables up. Only gave us 2 tables for a group of 12 people. The manager said they could not accommodate us because they had other reserved tables. Said we could wait for more tables to come available to add. Why would we have to wait if we made our reservation before the others. They did nothing to accommodate us so we left without eating. I wish I would have took a picture of the table. In all my years I have never made reservations somewhere and they set the table up and not spread out the chairs so everyone has room. Half of us drove from out of town for this celebration and was our first time eating here and unfortunately this was our first and last experience. Would not recommend booking a big party here.
