  Joilet, did a tremendous job on alerting all about the hot food that was being brought out as well as taking care of us with drinks and courtesy.

  Jewish was great she let you know every time a new pizza was put on the buffet and kept your drink filled.

  I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was terrible, and the staff were disrespectful. It seems impossible to speak with a manager whenever there’s an issue. The last time I visited the buffet, most of the food was cold, and I was told they were about to close instead of anyone trying to fix the problem. The drink machine wasn’t working, the floors were dirty, and the bathrooms were filthy. Overall, the restaurant was not clean or well maintained. What made the experience even worse was the way the employees and customers were treated. The manager, Jennifer, was especially rude and unprofessional. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements because, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

  Food is fine but for some reason deliveries are being 3rd partied out to doordash and when I try to call the store all I get is silence on the other end. Don't order online you wont have any customer service if there is a problem. The only thing that will come of this is a online bot account that will say something about my feedback matters. Just skip the online ordering and go in or choose a different pizza joint.

  We eat at Pizza Hut quite often, it's one of our favorite places to eat. And we visit them all over south MS due to our constant traveling. But this past Saturday was a real treat and probably the best experience we've ever had at a Hut. And we've been going together to the Hut for over forty years. The hostess Juliette there is special. She greeted us at the counter, then let us set anywhere we wanted. (We came for the buffet). She quickly took our order and got our drinks. She even asked if we had a special request for a pizza for the buffet! Each time a new pizza was put on the buffet she would announce it to the whole dining area. That's a super idea! The atmosphere in there was great. It seemed the other diners already knew it would be a good experience. She is absolutely a fantastic hostess! Wonderful smile, super nice to everyone. She made our little lunch break really special. Our next trip to the coast will definitely include a visit to her and the Hut, we enjoyed it that much. And by the way, the pizza was great too!
