  Stood at the register and was never even acknowledged. Ordered at Kiosks after people walked out. Food was delivered to table no hello just placed food on the table and walked away or thank you. It felt like we are a burden to want to sit and eat.

  Terrible Terrible place the McFarlands own this place and wow it is nasty the bathrooms are badly dirty to start with we went in to order we to the counter and just stood there waiting on someone to take our order while they were in the back talking loud and laughing while we just stood there waiting on them the floor was slippery and the tables we nasty one table had ketchup and French fries on it and another had a spilt drink on it we finally had this girl come and take our order we were there over 20 minutes standing there until we finally had gotten tired of it and yelled to get someone to the counter finally we had gotten someone there and she was so rude like she didnt want to take our order well we ordered finally and we spent alot of our hard earned money buying this food that was almost 60.00 for our family and wow it took almost an hour getting our food we almost just ask for our money back but we didnt the hamburgers were not good the buns were hard and the hamburger meat had a weired taste to it the French fries were cold we were so unhappy we didnt even eat the food we thru it away after we went thru all of that we just wanted to leave we ended up throwing the food away and going elsewhere to eat and McDonald's took our money we told the employee how dissatisfied we were and shevdidnt say anything to us she just left the counter and went to the back with the others laughing at us

  We were visiting Biloxi and stopped in tonight. I must say our food was fresh hot and great! We ordered burgers fries chicken nuggets apple pies and fraps! Superb! Well done! Best one I have ever went to!

  We were visiting Biloxi for the weekend and I have to say, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, anywhere. Service: this particular location is one of those newer versions meant to be touchless I suppose, where you can order from a cashier IF one happens to be available but the kiosks are there so you can order. In this instance, it would have been better to use the kiosk. The cashier was young, seemingly inexperienced, and did not greet us in anyway as she/they/them blankly stared at us, then mumbled "are you going to order?". Food: I ordered a number one, which is a Big Mac combo minus onions while my boyfriend ordered the Big Arch combo, minus pickles. His burger had the pickles he did not want, and the bread on my almost cold sandwich was so stale that the burger literally crumbled as I held it to eat it. Atmosphere: the lobby had 3 full tables and smelled, like someone used a mop with old water or a dirty mop head, and there wasn't a suitable table available, we had to wipe down our own table to be able to sit and eat. I would have asked for a refund, but there was no one at the front counter.
