  I ordered a Big Mac meal and I didn’t receive my fries. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I door dashed for a reason and if I wanted to leave my house to get some fries I would’ve just went to get the whole order. Oh did I mention I had to leave my house for A LARGE FRIE.. I am very disappointed because I love McDonald’s. They need to do better.

  Paid for my kids happy meals at 11:41 am & it’s not 12PM & we’re still waiting. If I had time to kill I wouldn’t mind but I don’t & this location is the epitome of “fast food” I’m always reminded to go to another location.

  Takes them all day to take orders and give out food. The past five times I’ve come I have sat in line for 25+ minutes waiting for them to answer the speaker. Then another 10+ waiting in line for food. One time I ordered form the parking lot for them to bring it out. The man who I assume was the manager had on a gray collared shirt black male came to the door took two steps then hollered come through the drive thru. Rude as can be the whole restaurant needs a new staff.

  CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH/ ALMOST NONEXISTENT!! It’s Monday on a late afternoon. Ordered just the deluxe quarter pounder with cheese. Open it and boom, mayo spewing out the side and I lift the bun and there’s barely any lettuce. More onions on this burger than sesame seeds on the bun. I walk back inside and no one could apparently hear me when I said excuse me. Another customer also speaks up and finally they grab my burger from me and the guy in the back puts lettuce on it. The lady who was bagging and handling orders throws my burger on the counter. She didn’t have the decency to hand it back to me or even say sorry about the onion mishap. Not asking for back flips but just didn’t have to be rude about it. Other customers standing at the counter forever trying to be heard or even seen that they have missing drinks and shakes. Moral of the story, it’s honestly sad that customer service is going to hell in a hand basket with McDonald’s… at least at this location.
