    I made a delivery order through the online app on June 30, 2026. This order was placed approximately about 1150a. The order wasn't picked up from the store until 1220p and wasn't delivered to me until 115p. (The UBER EATS driver didn't know the layout of the facility so I had to drive out to meet them to pick up my food.) By time I got my order the sandwich and the potato salad I ordered were warm (I did not eat the salad as it is dairy and I didn't want to get sick.) The order was pushed from the usual delivery system to Uber eats for some reason. I made a complaint through the app and a representative called me at 4:29p that same day. They informed me that there was an error on their part and my order had not been pushed through to be delivered until late and that was what caused the delay in the order. I was informed that my next order with them will be comped as a fix as they had recognized that I frequent the store pretty often. I went into there today ( I live in Gulfport and work in Biloxi and this was my first day or so back to work) and was told that there is no record of what was previously discussed and the employee seemed very apprehensive when the situation was explained and said that they did everything they could and it wasn't their fault. At this point I just walked out. The crew in there were newer people but if it wasn't for the person I'm generally used to dealing with there, I would never visit this store again. This has been one of the worst experiences I've every had dealing with Jimmy Johns and definitely serves as a deterrent for future visits.

    The most unprofessional restaurant I have ever witnessed! Get a call before they even open saying they canceled my order not only waking me up but my baby! And the last time I ordered food the person taking the orders didn’t listen to anything me or my husband wanted gave us a small sub with everything we didn’t want, manager tried to make things right and gave me a credit well when I go to use the credit no one would take their time and look it up for me. 4 times later was finally able to use it.

    Excellent service! Good portions and good food. I have been a customer here for the last 3 years and the manager is fantastic! Only major issue is parking and access due to the empty lot on the corner and high traffic. Delivery service is consistent, with a Jimmy John's employee delivering about 50% of the time
