  Even not busy they are slooooowww compared to DIberville. I have never waited 10 minutes for a drink even with a line. I was the second car and the first car only ordered one.

  As a retired barista… I have to leave this as an honest review for this location bc I loved 7brew while driving through LA but this is my experience. I returned my cold brew bc it was super watery did not taste like the measurements were proper. And also, if you want a large coffee with no ice, you’re paying extra for what you should already be getting. At that point, you might as well just order a medium, because that’s essentially what you’re going to receive in a “large” without the ice. I understand that iced drinks normally come with ice, but when you specifically order a large with no ice, I don’t understand why you can’t get the full amount of coffee without paying an additional $3. Especially considering the price of the coffee already, it feels a little scammy. if I had known, I would have just ordered a medium. If a large can’t be filled without charging an additional $3, why even offer the large with no ice as an option? Just another corporate coffee chain aye Update, after returning the cold brew I asked for a cookie butter blended. (Which is my favorite) I just threw it away bc of how gross. I’m so disappointed with this location. 😢

  Nothing but praise for Gracie!! She was super awesome and made the experience super enjoyable! 11/10 Customer Service and dedication to the job.

  I love 7 Brews when Im traveling. This however was the worst experience at any café that we have visited. The customer service was terrible. They were so confused about coffee vs espresso then they got the order wrong after reading it back correctly and didnt offer to fix it.

  The drink is fine at first but when the ice melts the drink tastes terrible!! I’m not sure how the ice is being made but I’ve been to countless other 7 brews and don’t have this issue. Other local shops also don’t seem to have this issue :/ the workers are all super nice and extremely helpful whenever we visit. We’ve given benefit of the doubt and have gone back numerous times hoping for a different outcome but every-time without fail the drink ends up being undrinkable.
