  If I could give 0 stars I would. We came through this drive thru and received 3 drinks, our small sf blondie tasted like it had burnt coffee in it. The shots were bad. We went through the drive thru a 2nd time to receive another bad coffee. The girl said let me go tell my manager. She came back to say my manager said we will make it 1 more time and then we are done. She said done. This is such a shame, we frequent 7 Brew daily and this is not the standard. Who serves yuck drinks? After the 3rd disgusting Blondie I asked to speak to the manager who came out amd admitted to her done statement and said she is making the shots and they are fine. She was cocky and obnoxious. Saying she has worked here 4years well she needs not only coffee training but customer service training. An iced blondie is not supposed to be clear brown water. We love 7Brew and drive out of our way when we travel to find one , but if this is who manages this location people need to stay clear.

  I don't come here often but the couple times I have the girls are phenomenal. They are so sweet and quick. Drinks are out the door fast. The longest I've been in line has been maybe 7 minutes. Absolutely amazing
