These people very clearly do not possess strong work ethics. They were rude taking our order, then didnt say a word when we got to the window, just took our card and charged it. The entire order was wrong, even down to them not salting the fries but also our burgers were wrong. The only thing they didnt mess up was our drinks, probably because the machine does all the work. Anyway, that was our take on this location. Yall can do better
Just trust me & go to the subway up the street instead. Lol

Absolutely horrible service loud employees screaming. Dirty floor everything was just gross.
I stopped at this location to order a sandwich and proceeded to the second drive-thru window to receive my food. After being handed my order, I politely asked for two packets of mayonnaise.
The employee at the window asked a coworker for a packet of mayonnaise. The coworker tossed the packet to her, and she dropped it on the ground. She then picked it up and attempted to hand it to me as if nothing had happened. I was surprised by this, so I asked for another packet.
The employee again asked her coworker for a mayonnaise packet, which was tossed to her. She dropped this packet as well and once again attempted to hand it to me. Both incidents occurred directly in front of the manager on duty.
Initially, I was not planning to say anything. I simply intended to drive away. However, the employee noticed my facial expression and asked what was wrong. I explained that both mayonnaise packets had been dropped on the ground and then handed to me. My concern was that my hands would be touching items that had been in contact with the floor before handling my food.
At that point, the manager approached, and I explained what had happened, despite the fact that she had witnessed the entire situation herself. The manager took the two mayonnaise packets that I had returned and appeared to be replacing them with fresh ones. However, she simply handed me back the same packets.
I left the restaurant feeling extremely disrespected and concerned about the lack of basic food safety and customer service standards. After thinking about the situation, I returned to the restaurant and requested a refund, which was issued at approximately 10:06 PM that evening.
What was most surprising was that the manager asked why I wanted a refund, despite having witnessed the entire incident firsthand and apparently believing there was nothing wrong with what had occurred.
This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and unsanitary. I expect better food handling practices and customer service from your employees and management staff. I will be contacting corporate to formally report this incident and request that appropriate corrective action be taken.
This version is stronger, clearer, and more appropriate for submission to corporate or a customer service department.

My kids both ordered breakfast burritos. There was no indication of any menu items not being available. Once we put the order in, a woman came to the front and said they had no breakfast burritos. My kids did not want anything else so I asked to refund the money and we would just try the next McDonald's down the road. We were then told that they could not refund without a receipt and the receipt does not show in their system. But the kiosk machine did not print our ticket and they had our order in the back so obviously an order was made. She stated she had never done a refund from the kiosk before. I asked if there was a manager on duty who would know how and she stated that she was the manager. While trying to determine if the receipt saved on my app since I used it to earn points, she walked back to the kitchen, came back out, and said nevermind they would thaw the burritos and asked if I still wanted them. Once we got our food, they didn't give us any sauces that were on the order and when I went back to the counter and asked for them I could hear the employees in the back laughing about me "being needy". Overall not a good experience.
