The lady and the register didn't go out of her way to serve us in any way. She offered a lady a senior drink for $0.99. she did not offer us one of those drinks. She told us that the drinks were a $1.89. We ordered the rib sandwich combination and our request was for a strawberry fried pie. She gave us a blueberry one and we took it back to her. We received a strawberry one 10 minutes later. It was not served to me due to her mistake but she yelled across the room for me to come get my fried pie.

Everything was good. No hot sauce, they were out. Hope for them to get some in soon!

Received the wrong food, went inside, the manager, took tht opened snadwich back, placed it back under the heating lamp and gave me another sandwich. Unsanitary - we had already opened the sandwich, touched it and they didn't care.

The Jack's in Belzoni is becoming a joke. Other Jacks have milkshakes this one always says they are out of ice cream or the machine doesn't work. They are becoming the MCDonalds in the ice cream. I go by this one 3-4 times a week. I have quit going there. Terrible slow service, No one in line but me and have to pull to the side and wait.
