  If I could give 0 starts I would. I came first visit and ordered a number 3 cheeseburger, got all the way home and realized they gave me a bun with two chicken tenders on it. I came back and told them I needed my cheeseburger and what they had given me. A little blonde girl came out asked again what it was supposed to be and said it be right out. I waited 45 minutes for this ONE CHEESEBURGER. The whole time this same blonde girl is walking right past me making eye contact and sees I’ve been there for a good while, I’ve worked fast food and any time I’ve noticed a customer waiting too long I always go make sure they’re getting the order together and if it is taking a minute let them know. Well I guess this one has no sense, because eventually I have to call them on the screen and tell them how long I’ve been waiting for one cheeseburger. Finally THE SAME BLONDE GIRL brings it out and tells me oh that’s gonna be 5$!? And I told her um no, this is the one IVE BEEN WAITING over 30 minutes for. And she says “oh really”? And the whole time all I can think is oh my god either you are really dumb or this is proof I have been sitting here wayyyy to long that even you don’t remember you just came and talked to me about getting it re-made and it’d be out “in a minute “

  My family and I were there on July 2nd 2026 we were in two separate vehicles and two separate orders. All I ordered was a Double sonic burger without cheese and a limeade and I had left a tip since I payed with my card at the booth. When the girl brought out my food they had made a junior burger with cheese so I told the girl that’s not what I ordered so she said sorry and went back inside and came out with the same burger saying sorry the grill is closed and we can’t cook anything else tonight. Keep in mind that was at 10.20 pm and they were advertising to be open until 11.00 pm. Then when they brought out my daughters separate order in the vehicle beside me, they delivered at double sonic burger I had order and also she had ask for marinara sauce and honey mustard which they did not get. They turned all their lights out at 10.30 right after they told me they shut down the grill they couldn’t make my hamburger right not to mention that they charge me for the big double sonic burger I ordered and I received a junior burger. Kind of unbelievable to me. This seems like very much laziness and zero customer service on the part of whoever was managing the store that evening.

  Got country fried steak sandwich. The tomato on it wasn't even half of the sandwich. Gonna have to do better!

  Came to the truck and took our order but took 30 minutes to bring us our icecream and drinks , just stared at us from the window. Uncalled for. Everyone after us got their orders. This place needs supervision and new employees. Utterly uncalled for whether you like the person you're serving or not.
