  Cancel online orders with no explanation and when you call they ignore it. I called 2x after my order was rejected and they ignored the call. I’m guessing they didn’t want to honor the $6.99 promo. Won’t order from there again!

  My family and I went in to the store after a long day of work on May 2nd and wanted a simple sandwich for dinner. This was around 7pm maybe 7:30, the lady worker that was their was helping another family by cashing them out as we walked in and looked us dead in the face and rudely said "we are closed!" So we left and called Stacy, Mn subway and asked if they were open and he said "yes we are open" with confusion in his voice, so we went their to get food, as we drove back to our home in Wyoming ,MN we saw the open sign still on and people being served at 8:00pm. I feel like Wyoming, MN employee was racist against us and was confused as to why we where rejected. If this is how you run you're store then I will be happy never to return. I will definitely let other people know how my disabled vet family was treated. So sad it has come to this. May 4th 2026. Please avoid Wyoming Mn Subway.

  The bread is DISGUSTING. Paler than I am yet still rock hard top?? Why cant any sandwich maker make the break correctly at subway?? Sick of paying 15+ for this bs
