  Dont know what happened with the other reviewers, but this is a lovely jimmy johns! Friendly and attentive staff, got my order perfect, and a clean store and seating area. A lovely jimmy johns through and through

  Twice in the last month, this location has completely messed up my order. The first time, I let it slide. The second time, I ordered online and specifically paid extra for custom toppings, only to receive a basic sandwich. It feels like orders are not being properly checked before they leave the store. I contacted customer service, and the store owner, Curt, personally reached out and said he would add credit to my rewards account for the inconvenience. Weeks later, that credit still has not appeared. I enjoy Jimmy John's, but paying nearly $20 for a customized sandwich and not receiving what I paid for is frustrating enough. Being told it would be corrected and then having no follow-through makes the experience even worse. Update: Curt responded to my review stating that the concern would be shared with the shop and that they would review the rewards credit follow-up. However, Curt is the same person who personally emailed me weeks ago promising that credit would be added, and as of this update (a few days later), it still has not been completed.

  The food is great, but I went and got my order this morning, the person at the drive through said straw was in the bag, it was not, I didn’t get my chips that I paid for and then they told me to make sure my order is for the drive thru cause it was sitting up front, it said at the top Drive-Thru
