- HHHaydenApr 29, 20263.0The manager at this location is very rude. My husband is vegan, and when we saw one part of his order, a black bean chalupa, had meat instead, we brought it to an employee, and he fixed it right away. When we saw another part of my husband’s order, a black bean Crunchwrap supreme, had cheese, he brought that up, and the manager absolutely mangled the Crunchwrap looking for cheese, then insisted it didn’t have any and refused to remake it. She gave it back to us smashed and cold. We like Taco Bell because it is accommodating to vegetarians and vegans. We will not come back to this location if the manager continues to act this way. Thank you to the employee who remade the chalupa, though.

He was having a hard time hearing so he kept saying "What???" In a very condescening way. At the end of the order he told us to "pull up." Never greeted us, and never thanked us. We got charged for sauces we didn't order, we didn't get our water, and the nuggets were very burnt.

I placed a 5-item order and every single item was wrong,ordered chicken, got beef, removed it and got something else, asked for no jalapeño sauce and no tomatoes, and still got both. Honestly, I guess this is what to expect from Taco Bell, but we’re still spending money.
