  Really bad service, I walked in the building and I had to wait with no line for about 8 minutes to get somebody’s attention, there was no sight of anyone in the kitchen and I had to shout hello about 4 times and knock very loud on the counter a good amount of times, there was also another customer there who was waiting for 15 minutes and no other customers were there. They said they saw 3 people walk around in the back but nobody after came out to help. When I finally got somebody’s attention he said the system was down and I don’t understand why you don’t hear somebody walk in the door and at least communicate that. But at the same time the system issue didn’t matter cause my pizza was already ready and he didn’t acknowledge that my food was ready until I told them. I’m not trying to sound rude but honestly if you’re restaurant is that slow and no body is in there besides two customers, you shouldn’t have to wait 8 minutes plus to get acknowledged, honestly either find new staff who is actually willing to work or a new manager who can teach how to take care of customers, only reason I’m putting a 2 is because the pizza is good otherwise I would put negatives if I could. I’m sorry to the staff for saying all this cause I want to be nice but it’s common sense that you should go out and greet a customer

  Absolutely upset. Systems shut down "conveniently" right when I placed my damn order. I want my stupid points back. Then, when I called, I get "It's ready, but no dasher will come in." So, why didn't it just get deleted and why wasn't I informed?????!!!!!!! I had to call? I BETTER GET MY POINTS BACK! I then got a shitty apology and then hung up on. I didn't pay to fund your pizza party. I should also get a full refund of the money I did pay back onto my credit card. No way do you get that. If I have to go above you, I will. I hope my dinner was worth it.

  Arrived when my order was suppose to be ready and stood in the lobby for 25 minutes before someone even came to the counter and waited another 15 minutes before my order was ready and it wasn’t even warm after waiting almost 40 minutes!!!! Ridiculous

  Bought 4 pan pizzas (~$50) and all were of this quality. Thin, dry, burnt cheese, hard to chew and bite off. The quality at this store dropped dramatically just this past year. What happened to fluffy, soft, oily and cheesy pan pizzas?
