  Went to in around 2:30pm. There were 6 people working, cashier doing nothing, another person cleaning tables, manager taking inventory and the line was twelve people deep and orders taking forever. Walked out. Service here is terrible, Chipotle corporate meds to get involved

  They were out of everything. Again. But didn’t post anything, so it was fun standing in line only to learn they didn’t have half the ingredients.

  By far the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. It’s impressive how EVERY single staff member is rude. Usually a restaurant has one or two rude staff but the ENTIRE staff? Good job

  The last three times we’ve gone, we’ve had to walk out because they were completely out of food. Not just one or two items almost everything. How does a restaurant repeatedly fail to keep basic ingredients in stock? On the rare occasion they do have food available, the quality is unacceptable. The rice is often served plain, with none of the usual seasoning or ingredients mixed in. It’s like no one even bothers to prepare it properly anymore. Portion sizes are another issue entirely. The servings are so small it feels like they’re rationing food on a deserted island. You’re paying full price for what amounts to half a meal. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself is consistently dirty. Trash cans are overflowing, tables are left uncleaned, and the overall environment is just unpleasant. Between the lack of food, poor preparation, tiny portions, and unclean conditions, there’s really no reason to come back. Huge disappointment.

  This location is going downhill I used to come here all the time. Now Crappy portion sizes and terrible service. But today I was so upset. I asked for veggies on a bowl and she put it on the wrong bowl then proceeded to add some to the bowl I asked but never took them off the other bowl then had an attitude when I said please take it off the other bowl that I didn’t want them on. She rolled her eyes and has a TERRIBLE customer service. If you don’t like your job quit. I’m so tired of lazy workers with bad attitudes. I’ll be going to the other location from now on.
