- RDRyan Nash (dethgnome)3 days ago1.0Restaurant seemed clean enough with several employees cleaning while the place was nearly empty. However, undercooked rice that's like playing a game of "will my next bite contain gravel?" With portions and quality of food that aren't worth $3, much less the $10 price tag they have on their burritos where I watched the employee take a second even smaller scoop of chicken only to shake off half the chicken that they had scooped before putting it into the burrito. The worst part is that it's not even the employees fault, because I know the employee doesn't care if I get a couple extra pieces of chicken, but the management/corporate sure does. I'd say the food quality and portions are like that of a Taco Bell, but that would be offensive to Taco Bell. Chipotle hasn't been worth the foil it's wrapped in for a long time, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Line is out the door and they got one person taking orders and one person doing online orders while everyone else is just cleaning two hours before the store closes. Worse chipotle I’ve been to ever. Unfortunately I still go cause it’s by my work but don’t waste your time. Go to other ones.

Also, you need a different way for your patrons to get into the bathroom not cut through the line and be stared at rudely by other hungry patrons thinking you're cutting the line or being rudely bumped into by people rushing into the bathroom. Come on you know you can do better than that!

Zero sense of urgency. Zero customer consideration. Skimped me on cheese and sour cream. Left my burrito open for minutes before wrapping. Will not be returning and telling others not to.
