I counted 11 people on staff, 3 people cleaning the lobby, 1 cashier, 1 make line person, 1 kitchen and 3 mobile. You had 18 people in line and not one single person thought, "Hmm, maybe I should go an help out and get these customers on the way" Just absolutely trash. If this is how this place is allowed to be managed, not only does the management staff need to be terminated, this location should just close. Awful service

- DGDavid GausmanJun 22, 20261.0I just watch some one doing temp log sticking thermometer into each ingredient, while using just a paper towel to clean it, while only being allergic to avocados, this scared me because that just not how it's done, they should be using a sani wipe to clean it to make sure there is no cross contamination between food. I get it doing a temp log is mundane and timely but with people watching i would imagine that we take our time to avoid actively looking like we don't know what we're doing.

Me and my party walked out because I’d be damned if my food was messed up due to the staff being overly playful. And the line was nasty. Front an back line.
