- TKTj Kennedy5 days ago5.0Alright, been to a lot fo Chipotle's. Now they can be sloppy rushed and employees who are there for a check. Not here. Tonight set my standard for Chipotle, customer service and actually keep up with cleaning as well. Whoever was working tonight, is amazing and this will be my forever store. My vehicle also holds 3 extra people if they see this.

But in the last 1-2 years it's been so much better. Consistently sending out good portions and correct order's. Keep up the good work! Thank you!
- AAAaronAug 22, 20261.0I was ordering 2 bowls and was at 2nd half of the station when this lady decided to not help me with me 2nd bowl and go back to help other customers, and I was like ok that is strange. The people behind me passed by me to the checkout and got their food while I was still waiting to get me 2nd bowl. I made sure with the employee that he still had my first bowl there and he said yes. I check out and go home and I open my bowl and IT IS THE WRONG FREAKING ONE. This ruined my whole day and I am really upset now. I also feel bad for the people that were behind me because first of all they had allergies and had the employee change their gloves. So they are probably having an allergic reaction rn. 2nd, I only get 4 things so they are probably really suffering. The employees at this chipotle have always been terrible but this is just crazy.

Came back after grabbing Noodles 20 minutes later and still no food. Disgusting store on the inside with chunks of dried food on about everything. Couldn’t pay me to go back… that’s unfortunate as I usually enjoy some chipotle! I hope management makes some changes and puts in some effort.
