There is 1-2 people working the line and 1 checkout person and all they manage to say is we’re backed up. I was also told that I could stand in line and have them make the order in real time and cancel the online?! I work in operations and I’m mind blown over this place. Also on another note, it looks very dirty in here

Similar long wait times at this location in the past - Hudson Place Chipotle is much better with promise times (staff just seems to be the issue at this spot).
